The point is that one team holds the whole sequence, so the family is not coordinating four vendors.

Coordination manages a transition from one home to another, including the parts that happen outside the house — the sale, the donations, the haulers, the timeline against a closing date. Project pricing is scoped in writing after a Working Assessment, which is $250. The Assessment produces a written plan with phases, sequence, timeline, and a disposition strategy for the contents. Costs vary with the size of the home, the volume, and how much of the work the family wants to keep.

Most whole-home clearings run between two and six weeks of active work, depending on square footage, volume, and how many decision-makers are involved. A phased senior move typically spans four to eight weeks from Working Assessment to first night in the new home. We give you a specific range in writing before any work begins.

Everything is routed through the Disposition Pathway: Gift, Sell, Donate, or Responsibly Dispose, in that order. Gifting to family comes first, then resale where there is real value, then donation to organizations we have relationships with, and only then disposal — and disposal means recycling and proper handling, not a dumpster by default.

No. A large share of our clients live out of state and take part by phone and photo. We can also work alongside you if being there matters, or alongside your parent at their pace. Whichever produces the better outcome for your family is the right answer.

You decide. We run the Edit stage so that the decisions arrive one at a time, in a sensible order, with the easy ones first — which is what makes the hard ones possible. We never make a keep-or-release call on your behalf without asking.

Yes, routinely. Remote coordination runs on scheduled check-ins, photo-and-video walk-throughs, and a written decision log so nobody is guessing what was said last Tuesday. Most out-of-state families tell us the visibility is better than what they had when they were driving out on weekends.

Yes. A Call to Order carries general liability and business insurance appropriate for in-home service work in Colorado, and our team is bonded for work inside client homes. Certificates of insurance are available on request for attorneys, fiduciaries, trustees, and property managers.
