PRICING — HONEST, WRITTEN, AND YOURS TO KEEP

What This Costs, Honestly.

Every long-lived-in home is different, so nobody can quote this from a website. What we can do is stop you guessing. Start with a plan you own — then decide what happens next.

THE STARTING POINT

Start With a Plan You Own.

Most families do not need to be sold. They need to know what they are actually facing. The Working Assessment is our starting point — a consulting deliverable, not a fee for access. You walk away with a written plan whether you hire us or not.

THE WORKING ASSESSMENT
$250
One flat fee. One written plan. Yours to keep.

We walk the home, scope the work, and deliver a written plan: what happens in what order, what it will take, and a Disposition Pathway for the contents — Gift, Sell, Donate, Responsibly Dispose.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
  • ✓ On-site walkthrough of the home
  • ✓ Written scope of the work ahead
  • ✓ Realistic timeline with phases and sequence
  • ✓ Disposition Pathway for the contents
  • ✓ A document you keep, whatever you decide next

THREE PATHS FORWARD

Hire Us. Hire Someone Else. Do It Yourselves.

The Assessment is a deliverable. What you do with it is up to you — and each of these is a good outcome.

01

Hire Us to Execute

The Assessment becomes your project plan. We scope and quote the work in writing before anything begins — no hourly surprises, no change orders you did not agree to.

02

Hand It to Someone Else

Take the written plan and give it to another team. They will start miles ahead of where they would have — and you will not be guessing at the sequence.

03

Do It Yourselves

Follow the plan over four weekends with the family. You will know what to do first, what to do next, and where every category of item is meant to go.

Answers Before You Ask

The questions families ask us most about how this actually works.

Why $250 for the Working Assessment?
Because it is a consulting deliverable, not a fee for access to us. You walk the home with a credentialed team, and you leave with a written plan you own — the phases, the sequence, the timeline, and a Disposition Pathway for the contents. It is not a discovery call fee. It is a document.
Can I get a project quote without an Assessment?
Not honestly. Every long-lived-in home is different, and a real number requires walking the space. The Assessment is what lets us quote you in writing, without hourly surprises later.
How is project work billed?
Most services are hourly with a capped, written scope. Cleanouts run as pass-through fees plus coordination. The TLC Advantage Program is a retainer plus a percentage of the estate. Every arrangement is documented before any work begins.
What if we decide not to hire you?
You still own the plan. Hand it to another team, or work through it yourselves over weekends. Either is a good outcome, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit for what you are facing.
Do you serve families outside Southern Colorado?
Yes. We serve statewide, and offer national virtual planning for families coordinating a parent’s transition from another state.
HAPPY. HEALTHY. SAFE.
